| Freddie E. Coleman, 78, of Clyde died at his home on Friday, August 14, 2009.
Mr. Coleman was born in Pikeville, Kentucky on September 23, 1930 to the late Lonzo Thomas and Emma (Lowe) Coleman. He moved to Ohio in 1955 and was a member of Church of Christ, Bellevue. He retired in 1993 from Whirlpool Corp. as a welder. He is survived by his wife, Nannie (Mitchell) Coleman, whom he married on September 25, 1954; one son, Frederick E. Coleman (Vickie Shaffer), Clyde; and three daughters, Jacqueline Billman, Clyde; Gwendolyn Wammes (Brian), Clyde; and Charlotte Wears (Ronald), Clyde. Seven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren also survive. His siblings, Betty Coleman, Louisville, Ky; Audrey Coleman, Louisville; Donald Coleman, Louisville; and William Coleman, Louisville; Thomas Coleman, Detroit; and Clinton Coleman, Tram, Ky. survive as well. He was preceded in death by a sister, Norma Gail Ramey. | |
