Martha J. Cox, 81 of Bellevue, passed away on Friday, Oct. 23, 2009 at the Bellevue Hospital.

She was born June 24, 1928 in Mingo Junction, Ohio to the late John and Mary (Koval) Polak. She graduated from Mingo Junction High School and was a member of Immaculate Conception Church.

On Nov. 17, 1956 she married Gerald H. Cox, he preceded her in death on Nov. 8, 2000.

Survivors include children; Gloria Canode (Jeff Slone), Deborah (Larry) Allen, Gerald (Brenda)Cox, Louise Gonzales, Christine (Mark) Missler, Florence "Flo" (Jeff) Jones, all of Bellevue.
