Jeannette E. Yeisley, 91, formerly of Vickery, more recently The Willows, died at Stein Hospice on Monday, November 23, 2009.
Mrs. Yeisley was born on December 6, 1917 in Townsend Township to the late Mr. & Mrs. Pask. She was a member of the Vickery Methodist Church, where she was active in the work at the church; the Auxiliary of the Townsend Twp. Volunteer Fire Dept.; and formerly a member of TOPS.
Jeannette graduated from Townsend High School in 1933; and had been a welder during WWII. She retired from the Whirlpool Corp as a secretary after twenty five years of employment.
On July 3, 1953, she married Clifford Yeisley and he preceded her in death on December 23, 2002.
She is survived by their daughter, Jeannie Hilvers, Vickery; two granddaughters, Dawn (Larry II) Witter, Sandusky; and Stacy (Robert) Pelz, Medina; and three great grandsons; Evan Witter; Blake Witter; and Jacob Pelz.
She was preceded in death by her son, Thomas Pearson in 1969; and brothers, Merritt Pask; Lloyd Pask; and John “Art” Pask.
