Robert E. Breighner, 76, of Clyde left this earth on December 8, 2009.
He was born February 4, 1933 in Republic, Ohio to the late Paul and Cathrin (Shock) Breighner.
Bob served his country in the US Army during the Korean War. He loved classic car shows and restoring classic cars. He retired from Whirlpool after working there 44 years.
He is survived by his sisters, June (Jim) Marquart of Tiffin and Faith (David) Hoffert of Tiffin; his brother, Keith (Joyce) Breighner of Tiffin; his five children: Debra (Ron) Veigel, Susan (Phil) Herrera, Minna Jo (Scott) Gilbert, Minna Francis Breighner, and Bobby (Crystal) Breighner, all of Clyde. His companion, Dolly Snyder of Clyde; five grandchildren and four great-grandchildren also survive. He was very loved and will be deeply missed by all of them.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sonia Breighner; and his brothers: Bud Breighner and Howard Breighner.
