Chris was born in Fremont on March 18, 1963 to Lennard R. and Ethel Faye (Craft) Montgomery, surviving in Tiffin.
He retired from Whirlpool Corp.
Survivors include his son, Mike Montgomery, Green Springs, and daughter, Michelle Montgomery of Fremont and one sister, Carol (Mark) Runion, Tiffin. Three grandchildren, Aubrey Montgomer; Ashlee Montgomery and Aiden Green also survive.
He was preceded in death by his twin brother, Craig in 2000.
Private family services were held in Pleasant Union Cemetery.
