“Buck” was born on February 29, 1928 in Rising Sun, Ohio to the late Edgar F. and Velma (Patton) Stump. He graduated from Rising Sun Public School and had worked for thirty one years at the Ford Motor Co., Sandusky, prior to his retirement on March 1, 1993.
Mr. Stump was a life member of the Sandusky American Legion; and the Bellevue Eagles.
He is preceded in death by his wife, Eloise (Trumpower) Stump, whom he married on February 28, 1970 and she died on February 17, 2004. His siblings, William Stump; Edgar J. “Bud” Stump; Robert Stump and Jeanine Stump are also deceased.
Survivors include three children: Marilyn Rees, Cleveland; Ronald (Terri) Rees, Bellevue and Laurie (Lonnie) Cullen, Sandusky; Two grandchildren, one step grandchild and five great grandchildren also survive. His sister, Marguerite (Leighton) Stahl survives in Kansas.
