This is very terrible I’ve experienced from you people. My original flight got cancel which is messed up.
And the Custer service at the airport so unprofessional. The people are so disrespectful which unacceptable. I’ll never deal with this ✈️ ever again. O% satisfaction.

My deepest sympathies to the family of Mr Gressman. May the words at 2 Corinthians 1:3,4 where it says "Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies and the God of all comfort; 4 Who gives us comfort in all our troubles, so that we may be able to give comfort to others who are in trouble, through the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God." be of comfort.
