Nancy Sue Cunningham, 79, formerly of Clyde, more recently of Holland, Ohio, died at Spring Meadow Nursing Facility in Holland on Tuesday, November 7, 2017.

Nancy was born in Brighton, Pennsylvania on September 4, 1938. She graduated from Norwalk High School in 1957.

Mrs .Cunningham  was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church, Duane St., Clyde, where she had volunteered in many areas for numerous years. She worked in many facilities, but found working with the disabled was her prime calling.

Nancy's goal in life was to please the Lord. Her family included ALL, not only her birth children and grandchildren, whom she especially loved.
On May 2, 1967, she married Gail Cunningham. He preceded her in death on December 29, 1998.

She is survived by five children, John (Doris) Sinclair of Clyde; David (Connie) Sinclair of Toledo; Susan (Manny) Sandoval of Toledo; Della Cunningham of Norwalk and Gale (Kimberly) Cunningham of Huron. Seventeen grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren and four great-great grandchildren survive as well. Also siblings, Albert Weber of Godfrey, IL Robert Weber of Pontiac, MI ; Carol Weber of St. Clair Shores, MI; Gretchen Weber Wilson of White Lake, MI and Christopher Weber of Nova, MI.

She was preceded in death by her parents Thomas and Helen (Johnson) Thornton.

Visitation will be on Monday, November 13, 2017 from 11:30 Am until the service at 1:30 pm at Calvary Baptist Church, Duane St., Clyde with the Rev. James Belcher officiating.

Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery.
Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church, Clyde.
