Norman Seohm, 88, of Clyde, passed away peacefully on Friday, March 16, 2018 at Parkview Care Center, Fremont.
Norman was born in Mansfield, Ohio on March 7, 1930.
He was raised in Fremont, attending St Ann's School and Fremont Ross High School.
On December 21, 1953, he married Onalee C. Haite. They had three daughters, later they divorced.
He then married the love of his life, Norma James Gibson on August 18, 1968 in Clyde, Ohio. She preceded him in death in December 3, 1992.
Mr. Seohm had worked at the S&W Railroad in Bellevue for 29 years, retiring in 1992.
Music was a large part of his life and he included many of his family and friends in his passion. He will be remembered for his incredible skills playing the piano through out the area in the bars and clubs.
Norman is survived by his three daughters, Nancy Dodson of Fremont June (Dale) Ottney and Denise Tierman all of Oak Harbor, Ohio. Six grandchildren and several great grandchildren also survive.
He was preceded in death by two sons-in-law, Bill Dodson and Leonard Tieman.
Visitation will be from 11:00 am until the noon service on Thursday, March 22, 2018 at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde Ohio. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens.
