Annie Louise Michel, 80, of rural Fremont, died at the Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky, on Sunday, October 14, 2018.
Louise was born in Asheville, North Carolina on February 5, 1938 to Roscoe "Bud" L. and Norma (Kitchin) Hyatt.
She had retired from the Lear Corp in Huron.
Louise was a great cook, along with being a caretaker of any and all.
She is survived by a daughter, Regina (Lloyd) Profitt of Republic and a son, Stephen (Wendy) Michel of Fremont. One grandson, Jonathon Profitt and one granddaughter, Hannah Louise Michel as well as two nephews, Robbie Brownell of Huron; Eric Hyatt of Nashville, two nieces, Marita Martin of Port Clinton and Melissa Hyatt of Nashville. Her brother, Leroy ( Carmen) Hyatt of Kankakee, Illinois.
Louise was preceded in death by her parents and a son, Gregory Michel, her sister, Nita Brownell.
Visitation will be on Thursday, October 18, 2018 from 11:00 am until the service at Noon at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main Street, Clyde, Ohio. Pastor Junior Kerns will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens.
The family suggests that those who choose may "pay it forward" to the Cleveland Clinic Cancer Center in Sandusky where Louise received excellent care.
