Barbara L. (Miller) Lindsay

Barbara L. Lindsay, 84, died at her home on Friday, January 11, 2019.

Barbara was born in Fremont On February 21, 1934. She was a member of the Fremont Ross graduating class on 1953.

She enjoyed knitting, crocheting and was an avid reader.

Mrs. Lindsay had retired from Ag Credit after 22 years of employment.

On July 15, 1954, she married Nelson R. Lindsay, he preceded her in death on August 14, 2016.

Survivors include their two children, Robert Lindsay (Sharon) and Mary Ann Stout, all of Green Springs. Seven grandchildren, Robert Stout; Michelle (Greg) Yates; Tonya Stout;Nathan David Stout (Miranda); Jason (Tish) Organ; David (Tara) Organ and Cathy (James) Hussey, along with 12 great grandchildren also survive. One brother, Ted Bauer survives as well.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ivan O. and Ethel G. Miller and son-in-law, David Stout. Her siblings, Ellen Gail, Phyllis; Dick, Bob and Bill Bauer are all deceased.

Visitation will be on Thursday, January 17, 2019 from 2-6:00 pm at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde, Ohio. A graveside service will be at 10:30 Am on Friday, January 18, 2019 at Butternut Ridge Cemetery.
