I always loved Carolyn and Dwana and their family. It was so sad to hear about her passing. I'm so thankful that I got to see her a few years ago at our Golden Girls (as Carolyn called it) pajama party. We texted a few weeks ago and I'm thankful for that. I knew Carol for a long time. She worked with my mom for years at the doctor's office. Gary worked with my husband at Armstrong. I can honestly say I never saw Carol without a smile on her face and a kind word to speak! She greatly comforted me when my husband passed away in 2012. Her greatest love was her family and God! My heart goes out to all of you! May God wrap his loving arms around you all and bring you peace!

Being one of the three, my sister Gaye and Nema and Carolyn were always together, so as I grew up, being a little younger I knew and loved her as another older sister. Of course they ran me off most of the time but I loved her dearly as family, always laughing. So saddened by this sad news. May the good Lord in heaven be with you at this time and she with him. I knew Gary and Carolyn from many many years ago, I also knew her parents from going to Hemphill Church with them. Carolyn was such a sweet sweet beautiful lady. I can't believe she is gone. Heaven has truly gained an angel. RIP sweet lady. Prayers for her children and grandchildren
