Donald Fox Obituary
Mr. Donald J. Fox, 77, formerly of Clyde, now of Castalia, died at The Willows on Tuesday, January 7, 2020.
Mr. Fox was born in Sandusky on October 10, 1942 to Jacob and Faye (Minzer) Fox. He attended Margaretta High School.
Don had worked at Whirlpool Corp for over 49 years, retiring in 2007.
He was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Clyde. He loved to travel, especially to Hawaii, and watch NASCAR. He also dabbled in farming.
He is survived by his wife, Beverly (Wuertz) Fox, their son, John Fox and daughter Rosemary (Ronald) Drown all of Clyde. Also three grandchildren, Elizabeth (Zach) Spitzer; Sarah Drown and Ron Drown, Jr. His mother, Faye Fox survives in Castalia and a brother, Robert (Wendy) Fox lives in Sandusky.
Visitation will be on Friday, January 10, 2020 from 3:00 pm until 6:00 pm at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde, Ohio. The funeral will be on Saturday, January 11, 2020 at 10:30 Am at St. Mary Catholic Church, Vine St., Clyde with Rev. Ed Schleter officiating. Burial will be in the parish cemetery.
