Donald R. Runion, 75, of Clyde, died at the Heritage of Clyde on Sunday, June 18, 2017, he lived on Hickory Street in Clyde.
 
Don was born on October 10, 1941 in Green Creek Township. He he attended Green Springs and Clyde schools.
 
Mr. Runion had worked at the former Quik Cut, until it’s closing. Then for Woolin Products in Clyde. He was a member of the Clyde Eagles and Moose.
 
Don was an avid sprint and NASCAR fan.
 
He is survived by three children, Deborah Hill of Cincinnati; Edward Runion of Fremont and Gennie Lynn Runion of Fremont. Nine grandchildren, six great grandchildren and siblings, Connie (Paul) Baker; Larry Sieger; Judy (Fred) Oberdorf and James (Brenda) Sieger all of Clyde.
 
Don was preceded in death by his parents, Floyd and Anna L.. (Runion) Sieger; his daughter, Beverly Runion; and brother, Ronald Runion.
 
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 22, 2017 from 10:00 am until 11:00 AM at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde . Private family burial will be in Bakertown Cemetery.
