Dorothy E. (Trigg) Palicka

Dorothy E. Palicka, 83, of Clyde, now living at The Willows in Bellevue, died there on Saturday, November 23, 2019.

Dorothy was born on March 24, 1936 in Bellaire, Ohio to the now deceased Delbert and Alice (Baker) Trigg. She was a member of the 1954 graduating class of Bellaire High School.

On February 8, 1959, she married Thomas W. Palicka, they moved to Clyde in 1964. Tom preceded her in death on December 26, 1996.

Mrs. Palicka worked for the former Clyde Savings Bank, retiring in 2001. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Clyde.

Two sons survive, Robert (Kimberly Lucas) Palicka of Fremont and Todd (Theresa) Palicka of Sandusky. Six grandchildren, Anthony; Hannah; Zachary; Courtney; Drew and Caleb, along with six great grandchildren. Her two sisters, Shirley (Richard) Marling of Dublin, Ohio and Deborah Delong of the state of Delaware, also survive.

Dorothy was preceded in death by a brother, Donald Trigg, Sr.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, November 26, 2019 from 1-3:00 pm and 5-7:00 pm at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde, Ohio. Additional visitation will be on Friday, November 29, 2019 from Noon until the funeral service at 1:30 pm at Altmeyer Funeral Home, 441 37th St., Bellaire, Ohio. Burial will be in Holly Memorial Garden.

Memorials may be made to the First United Methodist Church, Clyde, Ohio.
