James Alan Link, 53, of Clyde, died at his home on Sunday, March 3, 2019.
Jim was born in Bridgeton, New Jersey on December 16, 1965 to Donald and Eloise (Lee) Link.
He was a member of the 1984 graduating class of Clyde High School and attended the University of Toledo.
Mr. Link had served in the National Guard and the Army Reserve. Jim could be seen riding his bicycle around enjoying the sun. He also enjoyed painting and making model cars and airplanes. Jim had been a member of the Boy Scouts. He loved being around dogs.
Survivors include his mother, Eloise in Clyde; two sisters, Cynthia (Jeff) Carroll of Leesburg, Virginia and Annie (Jamie) Brockschmidt of Howell, Michigan; one brother: Mason (Jennifer) Link of Tiffin. Also five nieces and three nephews and two great-nieces and one great nephew also survive.
Jim was preceded in death by his father, Don Link and his grandparents, Harry & Leota Link.
A Memorial service will be held at 3:00 pm on Thursday, March 7, 2019 at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde, Ohio.
