Kenneth Charles “KC” Toy, 57, of Clyde, died at the Toledo Promedica Hospital on Sunday, July 31, 2017.
 
KC was born in Fremont on May 4, 1960 to the now deceased Robert H. and Helen (Curless) Toy, Sr.
 
He was a 1978 graduate of Fremont Ross and had retired from the Whirlpool Corp.
 
KC was a self taught auto mechanic and enjoyed his model airplanes.
 
He is survived by his wife, Joann (Smart) Toy; a daughter, Felicia (John) Filipkowski and a son, Justin Toy all of Clyde. One sister, Carol (Bill) Burroughs of Fremont; and four brothers, Michael Toy, Beloit, Wisconsin; Robert H. Jr. (Patty) Toy, of  Bettsville; Keith (Julie) Toy of Clyde  and Richard Toy.
 
Mr. Toy was preceded by two brothers, Mark and Ronald Toy.
 
Visitation will be on Thursday, August 3, 2017 from 10:00 Am until the service at Noon at the Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 218 S. Main St., Clyde with Sister Regina Fisher officiating. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery.
 
Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
