LaDonna J. (Mesnard) Dorobek

LaDonna J. Dorobek, 76, of Clyde, died at Countryside Manor, Fremont on Saturday, December 15, 2018.

LaDonna was born in Clyde on June 24, 1942 to Jay Claude and Irene C. (Ball) Mesnard. She attended Clyde Schools.

On March 2, 1963, she married Jerome A. "Butch" Dorobek. He preceded her in death on March 3, 2010.

While their children were young, LaDonna was a homemaker. Taking care of her husband, and daughters was special to her. She also enjoyed being outdoors, especially working in her flower gardens. After the girls were in school she worked at Fremont Die Cut Products.

Survivors include four daughters, Michelle L. (Chris) Herwat of Huron; Debra A. Dorobek, Stephanie M. Jones and Jennifer I. Dorobek all of Clyde. Six grandchildren and one sister, Bonnie Mayes, of Clyde and one brother, William (Peggy) Mesnard of Clyde are also surviving.

LaDonna was preceded in death by her parents and her siblings, Claudette Hilt; Betty Mesnard; Linda Mesnard; Judy Howey and Gerald "Jerry" Mesnard.  A grandson, Taylor James Dorobek also preceded  her in death.

Visitation will be on Friday, December 21, 2018 from 10:00 until the service at noon at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde. Burial will follow at Bakertown Cemetery.  A luncheon will be held at the Clyde Moose, 134 Eaton Ave, from 2:00 - 4:00.
