Lowell T. Conley

Lowell T. Conley, 85, of Clyde, died at Firelands Regional Medical Center, Sandusky on Thursday, January 9, 2020, following failing health.

Mr. Conley was born in Clyde on June 1, 1934 to the now deceased Lester and Irma (Meyer) Conley.

Lowell was a member of the 1953 graduating class of Clyde High School. Also he was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Clyde; the Moose and Eagles, both of Clyde and UAW 533.

In 1996, he retired from Bendix Auto Lite in Fostoria, where he had been a journeyman millwright for many years.

He is survived by his wife, Naomi (Michaels) Conley, whom he marred on June 24, 1955, along with their son, Thomas (Sheryl) Conley of Clyde and daughter, Trudy Conley of St. Charles, Missouri. Four grandchildren, Tom Conley; Jim Conley; Bethany Gross and Devon Fischer, as well as two great grandchildren survive.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Rodney Conley and infant son, Timothy Conley.

Visitation will be on Friday, January 24, 2020 from 10:00 am until the service at Noon at St. Paul Lutheran Church, Forest Street, Clyde.
