Marcella M. (Brandt) Hill

Marcella M. Hill, 98,of Bellevue, died at the Bellevue Care Center on Sunday, November 18, 2018.

Mrs. Hill was the only child of Ralph and Florence (Winchester) Brandt. She was born on November 9, 1920 in Paulding County, Ohio.

She was a member of the 1939 graduating class of Oakwood High School.

On December 11, 1941, she married Errol Q. Hill. He preceded her in death on June 13, 2006.

Marcella was a member of The First United Methodist Church, Bellevue. She had been a member of the Women's Group at the church, The Bellevue Garden Club, along with the former Lyme Extension Group; NARVE and 4 County Young at Heart.

Mrs. Hill had owned and operated her beauty shop, Sally's, first in Oakwood, Ohio and then in Bellevue.

She is survived by a daughter, Sue Ann (Steven) Geiger of Clyde and a son, Michael (Yvonne) Hill of Milan. Six grandchildren, Lucas Geiger, Mathew Geiger, Lori VanHoose, Cameron Hill, Corey Hill and Cody Hill. Eight great-grandchildren also survive.

A Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 21, 2018 at 11:00 am at The First United Methodist Church, Bellevue with Rev. Justin Jump officiating.

A private family burial will be held.
