Marilyn Pauline Wott, 82, of Clyde, died at The University of Toledo Hospital on Tuesday, February 27, 2018.
Marilyn was born in Milan, Ohio on October 17, 1935 to Robert J. and Pauline H. (Eberhard) Andrews.
She was a member of the 1954 York High School graduating class. For many years, she had been the certified cook for the Tiffin Developmental Center.
Mrs. Wott was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Bellevue. She had been a member of the former Clyde Garden Club. She enjoyed the time she spent with her children and grandchildren and the activities that went along with their lives.
On January 12, 1957, she married Paul F. Wott. He survives.
Also surviving are their five children, Dennis (Suzanne) Wott of Fremont; Stephen (Patricia) Wott of Dover, Ohio; Gayle Noftz of Clyde; Beth Wott of Oregon, Ohio and Eric (Ann) Wott of Celina, Ohio. Twelve grandchildren and two great grandchildren, along with three sisters, Marge Morelock of Tiffin; Lucy Bush of Florida; Janet April of Nowalk and one brother, Robert (Linda) Andrews of Westerville survive as well.
Mrs. Wott was preceded in death by her parents and her sister, Carol Sue Weller.
Visitation will be on Sunday, March 4, 2018 from 1-5:00 pm at Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia St., Bellevue, Ohio. The funeral will be on Monday, March 5, 2018 at 10:30 AM at St. John's Lutheran Church, Bellevue. Burial will be in McPherson Cemetery, Clyde.
