Norman L. Walker, 77, of rural Fremont, died at The Ohio Veteran's Home in Sandusky on July 2, 2019.
Norman was born on December 20, 1941 in Bunker Hill, West Virginia to Alvin & Catherine (Brown) Walker.
He is preceded in death by his father; mother, Catherine Williams; step-father, Walter Williams; half-brothers: Robert Williams and Richard Williams; and half-sister, Ruth Ann Mitchell.
Mr. Walker made his career serving in the US military. He enlisted in the Navy on November 7, 1960 and retired on July 31, 1981.
Military graveside services for Mr. Walker will be on Friday, August 2, 2019 at 10:30 am at the McPherson Cemetery.
