To Linda, Mike, Mark, and Erin
I was saddened to learn of Ralph's sudden passing. I have very pleasant memories of working, golfing, and otherwise being with Ralph. He was a positive, enthusiastic "can do" person in every task and project he took on. Fellow employees at all levels identified with, and profited by adopting his leadership style to the benefit of the many challenges presented.
My condolences to the entire Dirlam family. He will be missed by many.

My deepest sympathy to you all for experiencing such a sudden and significant loss. While I have not seen any of you for nearly 20 years, I recall Ralph's consistent presence at his children's school and sporting events. My prayers are with the family during this difficult period.

Linda and Family ~ I have a lot of fond memories of Ralph and I have always proudly considered him my first "real" manager at Whirlpool. He was always encouraging and kind. I still have the wooden snowman that you and Ralph gave so many Christmases ago and think of you both when I get it out for the season. May God comfort you during this difficult time and your memories bring you joy. My deepest sympathies.

I worked with Ralph for a number of years. I say "with" because he always made you feel that you worked with him and not for him. He was a great guy and helped me much in my career. I remember the Christmas dinners at Bay Harbor and how he looked forward to the double lobster tails and key lime pie. Prayers
