Sandra Mae (Norman) Warden

Sandra Mae Warden, 79, of Bellevue, died on Thursday, December 19, 2019.

Mrs. Warden was born in Bellevue on May 23, 1940 to the now deceased Willis and Jenette (Seil) Norman.

She was a graduate of Bellevue High School.

During her working life, she had been a waitress at the former McClain’s Restaurant, and worked at General Electric and Spiro Cool prior to retirement.

Sandra was an active member of St. John’s Lutheran Church, Bellevue. She enjoyed sewing and baking cookies for her family.

Her family was the center of her life. Son and daughter-in-law, George and Katherine (Knittle) Eybs of Huron, Ohio and two grandsons, Matthew (Caitlin) Eybs of North Royalton and Justin (Lindsay) Eybs of Perrysburg, whom she adored.  She has two surviving sisters; Pat (Gene) Briggs, of Bellevue; Sharon (Tom) Holmer of Attica; and one brother, Gary (Loni) Norman of Fremont. Several nieces and nephews survive as well.

On June 22, 1968, she married Richard Warden. He preceded her on January 15, 2008.

Visitation will be on Thursday, December 26, 2019  at Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia St., Bellevue from  4:00-7:30 pm.  The service will follow immediately at  7:30 pm  with Rev. Mark Bogen officiating. Family burial will be in Bellevue Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Heartland Hospice or St. John’s Lutheran Church or the Humane Society of your choice.
