William "Bill" Dorobek, 42, of Bellevue, died at University of Toledo Medical Center on Thursday, October 19, 2017, after a lengthy battle with heart disease.

Bill was born in Sandusky on August 28, 1975 to William and Willetta (Smith) Hallingshead. He was later adopted by Joe and Donna (Hallingshead) Dorobek. He attended Clyde schools and had worked as an auto mechanic until his health disabled him.

He was an avid fisherman who loved to hunt. He enjoyed working on cars, but his main pleasure was his family and friends.

He is survived by his Dorobek parents, his sisters, Anna Hughes of Norwalk; and Veronica (Jay) Eisesnhower of Green Springs and brother, Joe II (Jana) Dorobek of St. Louis, Missouri. His birthmother, Willetta Berryman of Norwalk, along with extended family members, Kelly Keegan of Bellevue and Doug of Portsmouth also survive.   Ten nieces and nephews, Kayleigh; Shawn; Mackenzie; Kassidy ; Macey; JT; Courtnie; Seth; Alyssa; Jacob survive as well.

His birth father is deceased.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 25, 2017 from 5-7:30pm at Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia St., Bellevue, Ohio. A memorial service will be held at 7:30 pm.  A  private family burial will take place at Meadow Green Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to Huron Co. Humane Society.
