Antonina "Nina" Sberna

Antonina Sberna, 78, of Bellevue, died at Holy Family Hospice in Parma, Ohio on Tuesday, October 9, 2018.  

Antonina was born in Militello, Sicily on December 21, 1939 to Antonio and Angela Oddo. 

Mrs. Sberna was a member of Immaculate Conception Church in Bellevue, and enjoyed baking and crocheting.  

Antonina married Carmelo Sberna on July 29, 1965.  He survives along with their three children, Enzo (Dana) Sberna of Cleveland, Antonio (Chandra) Sberna of Perrysburg, and Maria (John) Autovino of Morganville, New Jersey.  Along with her three children, Mrs. Sberna is survived by six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.  She was preceded in death by her parents.  

Visitation will be Sunday, October 14, 2018 from 2-5:00 p.m. at Auxter Funeral Home, 1105 Castalia Street, Bellevue, Ohio.  A Christian Wake will be held prior to visitation at 1:30 at the funeral home.  The funeral mass will be Monday, October 15, at 10:30 a.m. at Immaculate Conception Church in Bellevue, with Rev. Jonathan Wight officiating.  Entombment will be at Meadow Green Memorial Park in Huron.
