Obituary
April Lee Ptak, 54, of Clyde, died at Stein Hospice in Sandusky on Sunday, April 24,2022.
April was born in Bellevue on June 4,1968. She was a 1986 graduate of Clyde High School.
She was a licensed massage therapist.
Survivors include two sons, Anthony (Kaitlyn Patrick) Ptak of Bellevue and Eric Metz of Clyde. Her father, Peter P. Ptak of Clyde and five grandchildren, Demetrius, Tristan, Paityn, Breydon and Evaline also survive.
April was preceded in death by her mother, Marsha Bechler Ptak.
Visitation will be on Friday, April 29,2022 from 5:00 until 6:30 pm at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde, Ohio. A time for remembrances will be from 6:30pm until 7:00pm.
