Beverly J. "Bea" (Weasner) Dalton

Beverly J. “Bea” Dalton, 89, of Vickery, died at her home on Sunday, April 24,2022.

Bea was born in Bellevue on March 26, 1933. She graduated from the former Townsend High School in 1951.

For many years, she worked at the Whirlpool Corp in Clyde.

 Mrs. Dalton was a member of the St. Mary Catholic Church and a founding member of the Townsend Township Volunteer Fire Department Auxiliary. She had been an active member, for many years the chairwoman of the Ice Cream Social, among other projects.

Bea will be remembered for her quiet kindness to all that she would meet.

On September 25,1954, she married John T. “Jack” Dalton. He preceded her in death on April 13, 2002.

Together they had four children, David Dalton of Vickery, Steven (Michelle) Dalton of Lakeland, Florida; John (Dee) Dalton of Westerville and the now deceased Mary Dalton of Vickery.

She is also preceded by her parents, Edith (Smith) and Henry Weasner and her brother, Richard “Hank” Weasner.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, April 27, 2022 from 10:00 am until the service at noon at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde, Ohio. Burial will be in Parkhurst Cemetery.

Memorials may be made to the Townsend Township Fire Station Kitchen Fund Renovation.
