Carolee Bentley, 70, of Clyde, died at St. Vincent Charity Hospital in Toledo, after a lengthy illness.
Carolee was born in Port Clinton, Ohio on September 22, 1950.
She was a member of Port Clinton High School class of 1968. She also was a member of the First Freewill Baptist Church.
Mrs. Bentley liked to knit and be in the kitchen cooking.
Prior to her illness, she had worked at the former Eshelman Nursing Home in Clyde.
On February 21, 1992, she married Timothy L. Bentley, who survives. Her son, Joseph Roach of Clyde survives as well. Three step sons; Jessie Russel of Wisconsin; Nathan Bentley of Milan and Ian Bentley of Fremont survive also.
Carolee was preceded in death by her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Peto; her first husband, Forest Roach along with her infant daughter and step siblings, Jim and Linda.
Visitation will be from 11:30 am until the service at Noon on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St. Clyde, Ohio. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens.
