David E. Stout

David E. Stout, 74, of Green springs, died at his home on Monday, December 10, 2018.

Dave was born in Fremont on  June 25, 1944 to Eugene R.  and Betty (Carnicom) Stout. He attended Fremont Ross High School.

For 40 years he was a truck driver.

He was a member of the Bellevue Eagles, and the local Teamsters Union. Dave enjoyed golf, horse shoes and PBR.  He liked to mow lawn and bail hay. But his love for his grandchildren was foremost in his life.

On May 19, 1978, he married Mary Ann Lindsay. She survives, along with children, Bob Stout of Green Springs, Ohio; Michelle (Greg) Yates of Bradenton, Florida; Tonya Stout of Clyde; Nathan (Miranda) Stout of Bellevue. Four grandchildren, Todd (Rola) Yates; Jessica (George) Chitwood; Aaron Stout and Justin Stout also survive. He has four great grandchildren,, Zackery Yates, Ryder Yates, Eddie Chitwood and Connor Chitwood. His siblings, Sherri (Bud) Bowman of Mansfield; Richard "Dick" Stout of Clyde; Dennis (Suzette) Stout of Castalia; Vicki (Steve) Ollom  and Cathy (Leon) Elswick all of Fremont survive as well.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Marsha Stout.  

A Celebration of David's Life will be on Saturday, January 19, 2019 at the Green Springs American Legion from 1-7:00 pm.
