David S. Valentine

David S. Valentine, 58, of Clyde, died at Stein Hospice, on Friday, April 15,2022, following a battle with leukemia.

David was born in Fremont on November 1,1963. He was a 1982 graduate of Fremont Ross/Vanguard.

He had worked at Whirlpool and PAP prior to his illness.

David liked to hunt and fish. 

Survivors include a son, David T. Valentine of Norwalk, a brother, Dennis (Diann) Valentine of Burgoon and sisters, Valerie (Dan) Durbin of Fremont and Gail (Tony) Garza of Green Springs. His step-father, Melvin Osmon of Clyde, along with step siblings, Sherrie (Steve) Kennedy of Virginia; Pam (Mark) Estep of Fremont; Joan Overmayer of Columbus, Barb (Mike) Hay and Jeff Osmon, all of Fremont also survive.  

David was preceded in death by his parents, Eleanor (Frederick) Valentine Osmon and Thomas Valentine.

Visitation will be on Tuesday, April 19,2022 from 10:00 am until the service at Noon at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde. Burial will be in Bakertown Cemetery.
