Dorothy J. (Fodge) Winters

Dorothy J. Winters, 80, of Bellevue, died at the Bellevue Hospital on Friday, January 14, 2022.

Mrs. Winters was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on June 29,1941 to Effie (McGlone) and Henry Fodge. 

She graduated from Sandusky High School in 1959. 

Dorothy first worked at the Arthur Corp, then retired from bookkeeping at Winkes Boat Storage.

She was a member of the Eagles. Knitting, crocheting and doing puzzles were her favorite pastimes.

Survivors include her two children, David Winters of Monroeville and Bobbi V. Mosley (Thomas Myers) of Wakeman. Also, three grandchildren, Dustin (Kenzie); Danielle; and Devon (Samantha Williams),along with two great grandchildren survive. Her sister Helen Lather in Wauchula Florida and brother, Robert Fodge of Chillicothe are living.

Mrs. Winters was preceded in death by her parents and siblings, Raymond Fodge; Violet Barnard; Julia "Judy" Barr; A. Carl Fodge; Beulah Blevins; Virginia Lockhart and Alice Kelley.

As per Dorothy's request, graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 19,2022 at 2:00pm at Bellevue City Cemetery.
