Faye L. Zerman Snyder, 94, formerly of Clyde, now of Palmetto, Florida, died at Manatee Memorial Hospital on Sunday, June 13, 2021.
Faye was born in Fremont on May 23, 1927 to Irene and Chester Miller.
Mrs. Snyder enjoyed the outdoors, gardening, then canning her produce and tending her flowers.
She was preceded in death by her first husband, Frank A. Zerman, Sr., whom she married on June 1, 1943, He died in January 1985. Faye then married Norman Snyder, who preceded her in death on January 2, 2010. Also her daughters, Faye Louise Zerman Myers and Diana Lee Thurston are deceased. Her five sisters, Frances Elizabeth Bauer; Edna Irene Miller; Lila May Miller; Esther Ruth Zerman and Marilyn Ann Peters are all deceased.
Mrs. Snyder is survived by two sons, Frank A. Zerman of Mt. Gilead and Charles J. (Rebecca) Zerman of Clyde. Nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren survive.
Visitation will be on Thursday, June 24, 2021 from 3-6:00 pm at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde. The funeral will be at the funeral home on Friday, June 25, 2021 at 10:30 am. Burial will be in Bakertown Cemetery.
