H. Keith Boles

H. Keith Boles, 74, of Flat Rock, died on Monday, March 13, 2023 at the Bellevue Care Center.

Keith was born in Latrobe, Pennsylvania on April 22, 1948 to the now deceased Dorothy Mae (Lynch) and Hubert Allen Boles. 

He was a 1966 graduate of the former Thompson High School. He then entered the United States Army, serving during the Viet Nam War.

Keith then had worked for the N &S railroad prior to his injury.

Mr. Boles was a member of Flat Rock Ebnezer United Methodist and the Bellevue VFW. His favorite hobby was to enjoy a good cigar.

Surviving are three sisters, Beckie (Brad) Claypool of Fremont, Gwen Ladd of Flat Rock and Diantha (Jon) Palm of Lorain. Thirteen nieces and nephews also survive.

Mr. Boles was preceded in death by two brothers,, David Allen Boles and Jonathan Lowell Boles.

Visitation will be on Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 9:30 am until the service at 11:00 am at Ebenezer United Methodist Church, Flat Rock, Ohio.  Pastor Pat Schneider will officiate. Burial, with military rites will be in Greenlawn Memory Gardens in Clyde.
