Jeanette Grace Tooley, 86 of Clyde, died at Stein in Sandusky on Saturday, March 20,2021.
Jeanette was born in Carey, Ohio on August 26, 1934. She was one of fourteen children of the now deceased Howard and Celestia (Clinger) Taylor.
Mrs. Tooley was a faithful member of the Harvest Baptist Temple in Clyde for 44 years. She worked in the Golden Apples program at the church, assembling Bibles for distribution.
Jeanette loved the Lord and her family of Guy C. Tooley, her husband, whom she married on June 22, 1959. Their son, Roger and his wife, Tammy Tooley of Corby, England and the two grandchildren, Rebekah (Thomas) Alverson and Caleb Tooley, all of whom survive. Also surviving are three sisters, Jean (Richard) Rheinhart, of Carey; Carolyn (Gene) Swinehart of Upper Sandusky and Phyllis Walter of Upper Sandusky, and one brother Junior (Sharon) Taylor of Kenton, her sister-in-law, Helen Taylor is also from Upper Sandusky..
Mrs. Tooley was preceded in death by siblings, Ray E. Taylor: Russell Taylor; Evelyn M. White; Margaret Hewett; Donald Taylor; Paul Taylor; Jane Beidelschies; Gladys Beck and Joan Taylor.
Visitation will be on Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 5:00-7:00 pm at Harvest Baptist Temple on South Main St., Clyde. The funeral will be at Harvest Baptist Temple on Friday, March 26, 2021 at 10:30 am with Rev. Allen Holmes officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant View Cemetery, Sycamore, Ohio.
