Jerry L. Chambers

Jerry L. Chambers, 75, of Clyde, died at Valleyview Health Care Center, Fremont on Wednesday, December 29,2021.

Jerry was born in Sandusky, Ohio on January 2,1946 to the now deceased Myrtle (Burkhart) and Carl Vance Chambers. 

He was a 1964 graduate of the former Townsend High School. He had served in the Marine Corps Reserves.

Prior to his accident, Jerry was a press operator at the Whirlpool Corp.

On February 19, 1966, he married Sue A. Massey. She, along with their children, Carl Vance Chambers; Dawn R. Chambers, both of Clyde; Brian Albert (Kelly) Chambers of Perrysburg; Brad La Mar Chambers of Stow and adopted son, Rickie Wenrich of Clyde survive. Also, five grandchildren, Britney Chambers; Dakota Chambers; Morgan Chambers; Zachary Chambers and Blake Chambers, as well as two great grandchildren, Aiden Zelms and Aubrey Zelms survive. One brother, John Chambers lives in Fremont.

One brother, Jack Chambers and one sister, Judy Hansen are deceased.

There will be no services.
