Joey N. Carr

Joey Noel Carr, 64, of Whitehouse, passed away December 14, 2020 at his home. He was born December 9, 1956 in Elyria, OH to Noel and Jean (Petty) Carr.

Joe graduated from Bellevue Senior High School in 1975 and from Toledo University in 1981. Joe was loved by everyone who knew him and will be missed by many.

Joe married Sandy (Bowles), May 20, 1995, in Toledo. She survives, along with his canine companion, Dixie; parents, Noel and Jean Carr of Bellevue; brother, Michael (Donna) Carr of Bellevue; niece, Stephanie (Matt) Gildenmeister of Bellevue; nephew, Brandon (Hayley) Carr of Tiffin; great-niece, Natalie; great-nephew, Noah; father-in-law, Larry Bowles; and brother-in-law, Keith (Vicky) Bowles of Tipton, MI.

Visitation will be 11:30am until the service at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 1, 2021 at Auxter Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1105 Castalia St, Bellevue.  Pastor Dan Duffy and Danny Fortunato will officiate.  A reception gathering will be held at the funeral home, immediately following the service.  Burial will be in Bellevue City Cemetery.
