Kathryn was a member of Trinity United Methodist Church, Fremont. She was an avid gardener, and after writing a cookbook on wil foods at age 91, she toured with her late husband, Merle, to give talks about their value, and how to gather and cook them. On October 23, 1937, she married Merle A. Pearson. He preceded her in death on April 11, 2002.
She is survived by so many who loved her; nieces and nephews, great-and great-great nieces and nephews, friends and neighbors - so many in fact that they cannot all be listed here. They all know who they are, and that he loved them all back. A True testament to life well lived.
