Kieth W. (Sr.) Chellis

Kieth W. Chellis, Sr., 77, of Vickery, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, February 16, 2021.

Kieth was born in Bellevue on July 17, 1943. 

He graduated from Green Springs High School in 1961. Then joined the United States Navy and served from June 1961, until July 1964.

Mr. Chellis had been an electrician at the Whirlpool Corp for 42 years, prior to his retirement.

For many years, Kieth had been a member of the Clyde Fire Department before he retired.

On October 19, 2014, he married the former Brenda Rohrbough. She survives, along with two sons, Kieth Chellis, Jr. of Fort Seneca; Michael of Vickery, a daughter, Tina Bougher (Tim) of Pataskala, Ohio; one step son, James Salazar and one step daughter, Allie Deck both of Vickery. Four grandchildren and one step granddaughter also survive.

Kieth was preceded in death by his mother, Lurie  (McClure) Koke and step-father, who raised him, Andy Koke.

Memorials may be made to the Clyde Fire Fighters Association.
