Martha A. (Gullett) Stanley

Martha A. Stanley, 81, of Clyde, died on Sunday, August 13, 2023 in Bellevue, at the home of her daughter.                 .

Martha was born in Salyersville, Kentucky on October 29, 1941 to the now deceased Lura (Borders) and Estill Gullett.

Her early life was spent in Salyersville, where she graduated from high school in 1961.

After moving to this area, she had worked at McDonald’s.

Survivors include her three daughters, Tamara (Eric) Shaver of Clyde; Kimberley (Joseph) Heabler of Bellevue and Shawnda (Ronald) Shue of Clyde.  Also surviving are five grandchildren, Krista (Caleb) Balogh; Brock (Natasha) Shue; Brent Shue;  Joseph Heabler; and Jordan Heabler and four great grandchildren and one brother, Marcus Gullett of Vickery. Her companion, Joe Conley, survives in Lewisburg, Ohio.

Martha was preceded in death by four brothers, Carl Gullett, Harry Gullett, Hershell Gullett and Richmond Gullett.

Visitation will be from 1:00pm -4:00pm at Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home, 218 South Main St., Clyde, Ohio on Wednesday, August 16, 2023. The funeral will be at 4:00 pm.

Burial will be Gullett Family Cemetery in Salyersville.
