Melody Lamb

Melody Lamb, age 4, died at Toledo Hospital Children's Wing on Friday, November 6, 2020.

Melody was born on September 3, 2016 to Kiya Cook and Breyan Lamb. 

She is survived by her parents, her maternal grandmother, Valarie Cook; paternal grandparents, Timm and Brandy Lamb, great grandfather, Glenn (Linda) Cook and great grandmother Judy Lamb. Also aunts and uncles;; Kiana Laurer; Cresston Lamb; Cadance Lamb; Joseph Lamb; Ashley Koenig; Alexis Lamb; Noah Lamb; Desirae Bingaman.

She was preceded in death b great grandparents, Frances Cook and Paul Lamb.

Visitation will be on Wednesday, November 11, 2020 from 9:00 am until the service at 11:00 am at Grace Community Church, Fremont.

Memorials may be made to the School of Hope.
