Rita Joy Garza, 59, of Fremont, died at Toledo Promedica Hospital on Thursday, December 19,2019.

Rita was born on May 3, 1960 to the now deceased Ramon and Modesta (Lopez) Rodriguez. She went to St. Mary Catholic School, then to Clyde High School.

Mrs. Garza had worked at Doebel Flowers, Hershey Flowers and Atlas Industries at various times.

She is survives by her husband, Leon Garza; son, Jose' (Melanie) Garza all of Fremont. Her siblings, Michael (Kathleen) Rodriguez of Maumee; Rueben Rodriguez of Clyde and Diana (Tony) Paulos of Fremont. Four grandchildren also survive.

Family services will be held at a later date.
