Robert F. Wollenslegel, 92, of rural Bellevue, died at The Willows on Thursday, December 3, 2020.
Bob was born on June 30, 1928, on the farm where he had lived all of his life, to the now deceased Emery and Bertha (Perrin) Wollenslegel.

He attended the former Thompson School.
All of his life he was a farmer. Bob also was a mechanic.
Bob was a devoted Dodge Chrysler man, never drove any other make. He enjoyed tractor shows in his spare time.
Mr. Wollenslegel served in the US Army during the Korean War.
He is survived by a brother-in-law, Bob Bowman of Bellevue, a cousin, Roger Dick of Bellevue, who was also his friend, Numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
He was preceded in death by his brothers, Howard Wollenslegel, John Wollenslegel, George Wollenslegel and his sister, Lucy Bowman.
Mr. Wollenslegel's memorial luncheon and gathering will be held to celebrate his and Lucy's lives 12:30pm on Saturday, July 31, 2021 in the fellowship hall of Zion United Church of Christ, Fireside (13525 E. Twp Rd 178, Bellevue). Burial will be in Fireside Cemetery.
