Sally E. (Albert) Nycum, 71, died Friday, August 24, 2018 at Heritage Village in Clyde.

She was born November 20, 1946 in Sandusky, Ohio to Richard L. & Elaine E. (Cordrey) Albert. She graduated from Clyde High School in 1964 and completed nursing school and was an LPN.

Sally is survived by her sons: Charles C. "Chip" Nycum of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina and Robin A. (Leigh) Nycum of Panama City, Florida; grandchildren: Cole Nycum; Luke Nycum; Trevor Nycum; Shauna Nycum; great-granddaughters, Layla Grace Nycum and Ava Elizabeth Nycum; and her sister, Martha Lewis of Little River, South Carolina.

In addition to her parents, Sally was preceded in death by a grandson, Chad Nycum and her brother, Richard Albert.

Per Sally's wishes, there will be no formal services. Mitchell-Auxter Funeral Home and Cremation Service is assisting the family with arrangements.

Memorials may be given to the American Cancer Society.
