Terry Wayne Hardy

Terry Wayne Hardy, 59, of Chandlersville, Ohio, died at The Cleveland Clinic on Monday, December 14, 2020.

Terry was born in Zanesville, Ohio on April 7, 1961 to Robert and Edith (Clark) Hardy.

He was a 1979 graduate of John Glenn High School.

He had been a truck driver, prior to his illness.

Terry had worked on dairy farms, and liked to go to the county and state fair. He enjoyed tractor and truck pulls, along with cooking. One of his favorites was mashed potatoes in spaghetti!

His family was extremely important to him. Cook outs were a popular way to spend great times. His dogs were also a source of enjoyment for him.

Survivors include his children, Bryan Hardy of Bellevue, Ohio; Stephanie Gardner of Bellevue; Dylan Hardy of Chandlersville. His step son, Patrick Rhodes of Alabama; his parents of Chandlersville and his grandchildren, Michael Gardner; Cody Gardner and Kaden Gardner all of Bellevue Ohio.  His brother, Jay (Roxanne) Hardy, of Chandlersville, along with nieces, Jennifer Hardy and Brittany Basehart and great niece Amelia Basehart also survive. Numerous aunts, uncles and cousins will miss as well.

Terry was preceded in death by his wife, Brandy on July 24, 2019, along with his grandparents, Leo and Helen Clark and Clarence and Hazel Hardy.

There will be no services, at Terry’s request.
