Timothy Allen Powell

Age 60, went on to be with the Lord on October 1, 2023 after passing peacefully in his sleep.

Tim was an adventurer who enjoyed flying planes, riding motorcycles, traveling, shooting guns, and playing the guitar (though he was notoriously bad at playing the guitar).

He was a loving son, brother, husband, father and grandfather.

His greatest joy was being an indulgent Grandpa to Alexander, Elliot, and Blake.

Survivors include his wife, Traci (Swift) Powell of Green Springs, children, Troy (Amanda) Powell of Bellevue, Taryn (Nathan) Trzcinski of Tiffin and Thane (Michael Rexrode) Powell of Marysville. His father, John Thomas Powell, Sr. of Stonecreek; brother, John Thomas (Sharon) Powell, Jr of Portage, Michigan and sister, Laura (Jay) Miller of Stonecreek. 

Tim was preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Lee (Adams) Powell.

He was a member of Grace Community Church.

The family is having a graveside service at Butternut Ridge Church Cemetery. On Thursday, October 5, 2023 at 1:00pm.

Those who knew and loved him are welcome to attend.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to the National MS (Multiple Sclerosis) Society or the Cleveland Clinic Mellon Center.
